These terms apply to use of the Iniciativa Ser o Estar website and learning portals.
Users must provide accurate information, protect their login credentials, and notify the academy if an account may have been compromised. Accounts and class links may not be shared without permission.
Course materials are provided for enrolled learners' personal educational use. Copying, reselling, republishing, or recording classes without authorization is prohibited.
Participants must communicate respectfully and follow tutor instructions. Class schedules may be adjusted with reasonable notice. Recording availability depends on the relevant class and participant permissions.
Fees, schedules, certification conditions, refunds, and institutional arrangements are binding only when confirmed in writing by an authorized academy representative.
We work to keep the platform available and secure but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance and third-party service interruptions may occasionally affect availability.
